I am following the run more part, but not the post less part. I ran a record 33.6 miles for the week ending Sunday, so I am pretty pleased about my mileage build up. A short 2.4 mile recovery run with my wife on Saturday evening was followed by an 11 miler (9:54 avg pace, 145 HR) on the Seabrook trails on Sunday morning. There were a lot of runners I recognized on the run including HRB Streaker Keith, and BARC'rs Carwyn Sharp, Chris Bittinger, Chad James, Terry Mosley and Bill Buffum. Looks like Bill stumbled across my blog as I think he asked me "who's my hero?" as we crossed paths (I had my ipod going at the time so I might have misunderstood). I think I'll move on from Floyd Landis and pick George Sheehan as my hero for this week.
Today I put in 5.3 miles from the On the Run store with Mark Henderson. There are group runs there every Monday evening. Conditions were great so we ran an 8:46 avg pace. This was essentially a tempo run for me at 151 HR, but an easy run for Mark, who hoofed it for more mileage when we were done.
Looks like my wife will be ready for her 5k debut in August. She ran for 45 minutes, probably 3.7mi, doing a Galloway type 4 min run and 1 min walk. We set up the ipod with the interval software "Ding" that Jon put us on to. It was a success.

You should be more careful choosing your heroes.
Landis flunks test
Keith.
Oops. However, I think George Sheehan is a pretty safe choice. :)
I love your website. It has a lot of great pictures and is very informative.
