My first ever three loop Kemah bridge run completed this evening. Ran an average 8:48 pace with 147HR for the six miles and I liked it. I'll need to get some night gear (blinky light, reflective vest) to deal with the earlier darkness.
Looking forward to the XC relay on Saturday as it will be a chance to see everyone and do a little trash talking to Coach Steeeve.

Steeeve will be there! However he, like all good Astros fans, may be making an early exodus to get home in front of the TV.
We should figure out how to have a big screen at the relay for baseball watching!!
