Expo with the Boulder Flatirons in the BackroundExpo's are almost as fun as the run itself. Expo free goodies included Power Sox, Brown Cow yogurt, and Clif Shots. Packet goodies included a nice tech shirt, an Avery beer glass, Colorado Runner magazine and a Clif Bar. It should be in the lower 40's at race start in the morning. The course is almost all dirt road, so I am hoping that I won't be too beat up afterwards.
I got a serious itch to switch into the marathon, but since I have not run enough long training runs I did not even try.
Ralphie, the mascot of the Colorado Buffalos, made the trip to Athens Georgia for today's game. The Buffs should have upset Georgia today, they had it won. Fans in Boulder will need to be patient with their new coach.
