The rain last night was a bummer, so I ran an abbreviated 3 miles with Coach Steeeve and friends at Terry Hershey. The weather report says nice weather tomorrow and cold rain on Sunday. I'm swapping my run schedule and will do my 20 miler Saturday morning and a 5 to 10 mile marathon pace run on Sunday. I want my 20 miler. I'd run it Sunday in any weather, which could be very dumb, all I need is to get a fatigue induced cold or flu.
I just need to decide where to run my 3 x 7 mile loops tomorrow, Seabrook trail or the On The Run 7 mile loop. It would make sense to join the Strider LLR in town, since I'm sure I'd find some people to keep me honest and be sure to finish the mileage well. However, I've mentally prepared to run here and not run on the marathon course at all until Jan 14. I know the course, it is burnt into my brain, and it will be mine, but not for three weeks. I guess I'll do the On the Run 7 mile loop and go to Seabrook on Sunday for the BARC run.
So have good run(s) all and Merry Christmas.
