Ol Blue Eyes Spotted At Memorial

Yes, I got to talk to the one, the only Vic after my four miler today. Vic is looking svelte and ready to rumble on Sunday.

Oh wait, the weather is on TV, I'll be back in a minute.

My four miler was done at a frisky 7:53/mi pace. I also got in a six miler on Sunday at my 9:00/mi marathon pace.

Marathons do weird things to my psyche as well as my physical self. I doubt I will run again this week as I want to rest my sore tendon. I may not blog again either. I will probably become downright anti-social and paranoid. Stay away from me all you germ laden entities.

Since one is not supposed to do anything differently in a marathon, should I practice hurling on the street now?

I think you should write a post on your blog about the most efficient way to hurl and still maintain your stride.

I must way though, I was sorely disappointed that you did not share the latest weather report. I have no clue what the current forecast is. I'm totally lost!

Thanks for the pep talk, Mr. Lombardi, uh, I mean Joe. You got me fired up there at the end.

I'm hoping to never experience a marathon hurl. (fingers crossed)
