OK, due to my running capability at the moment I was waffling on the Bayou City Classic next Saturday. But then I remembered free St Arnolds . I can crawl across the finish line if necessary for that. Now if I can get some of you speedy folks to get an extra brew so I have one waiting at the finish.......
I did a recovery run today on the soft Seabrook trails with my darling spouse, 5k in 31:30, heart rate in the low 130s on average.

I was so disappointed last year when all they had was the BRown and the Weizen. The ONLY two St. Arnold beers I do not drink...
