Build a Foundation Brick by Brick

This week a duathlete. Three days, three brick workouts at the fitness center where I am staying. 14, 15, and 15 km stationary bike rides followed by 1.5, 2, and 2 km runs with one minute transition. Taking it easy, heart rate avg 122, 126, and 137.

Leg is doing very well (crosses fingers).
