Warmup mile 9:30 at 129 avg HR
Mile 2 7:15
Mile 3 7:10
Cooldown mile 8:01
Overall average HR 153.
Not bad at all.

I had the exact same thought yesterday morning. But...
tell me more about the HR based training that you did-- did you find that it was slow going at first? like you had to run really really slow to stay in range?
