Monday Monday So Good To Me

3.2 mile run from the On the Run store just prior to the BARC members meeting at an 8:39/mi pace and 140 avg HR. Felt a little tight, probably from all the cycling yesterday.

Interesting presentation from a chiro at the club meeting tonight. She really pushes ice baths as the way to go when in a hard training period. I always learn something new about running at our meetings. I ended up buying one of those foam thingees to roll my muscles on.
