Nasty head winds today for the M150. And a few hills. Completed the first leg of 99.1 miles at an average pace of 16.1mph and 137HR. First 50 miles were 17.1mph and then the winds and the hills got stronger and I got weaker.
Looks like more of the same tomorrow.
Massage, two meals and soon abed.
