To Ride: To Sit On and Move in a General Direction

More cycling, 51miles at an average pace of 19.9mph and an average HR of 145. Clearly a tempo ride.

Saw a few runners during my three days of riding, including fellow BARCers Alfonso Torres, Jeff Gilbert and Ronnie Schreiber. Seabrook trails looks like it is getting back to normal. The Kemah Bridge had less debris on it than last Sunday, but it still has a lot of glass. No flats fortunately.

A casualty of Ike was my desktop motherboard. I successfully extracted the hard drive and set it up as an external drive for my new laptop. So I got all my software back. I haven't pulled over all my favorites, programs and blog links yet.
