Joe Carey Wins After 9 Vote Counts

As it should be. Don't ask me to explain the Irish system of elections which result in multiple vote counts to narrow down a long list of potential candidates to a few winners. I can't explain it. The election is to the Dail (Ireland's House of Parliament)
