Here's Hoping for a Dry Weather Weekend

Since I've rested today and yesterday, I have my fingers crossed for dry cycling weather. I did do two solo rides on Tuesday and Wednesday, plus got some Achilles tendon therapy on Thursday. My lower leg improves, worsens and improves again, but it may be a while yet before running. Nevertheless, my weight is a record low 200.0 and my waist size is down to 36 after peaking at 42. We shall plow ahead with impunity and shall see a "1" in the hundreds-digit on the scale one fine morning.

I never worry about action, but only about inaction. Winston Churchill

Woo Hoo, is that cool or what?

"What do you weigh?"

"Oh, I dunno, one-something."
