Bring your friends, running shoes, thirst for cool beverages and come to the Bay Area Running Club’s 7th Annual Pub Crawl on August 25th at 11 a.m. This year the theme is Luau, so prepare to get leid. Feel free to throw on your favorite Hawaiian shirt or a grass skirt to give motorists and other onlookers a laugh. Also bring enough money to cover what you may drink and eat, and a sense of adventure since the construction along Nasa Pkwy and the wet summer will make things especially interesting this year. Do not wear your new or best running shoes!
Starting at Carlos Beer Garden, located on Hwy 3 just south of Nasa Pkwy, the 6-mile, 9-bar pub crawl will follow along Nasa Pkwy and make the traditional stop for pizza at Boondoggles before ending with pool volleyball at the Seabrook Beach Club, many hours later. In an effort to leave as few cars as possible at Carlos’ please meet at the Seabrook Beach Club at 10:40 to carpool to the start. Or if you are running late, the Outpost Tavern opens at noon, so you'll can meet us there! Aloha and Mahalo!

Sorry I missed it. No designated driver as Jaclyn is out of town. I will be having my alloted two beers at a gathering later this evening though, so it's not a total loss!
JD, those were two strong beers. The Pub Crawl is "next" Saturday!
Sounds like a serious event to boost the Clydesdale Credentials!
I'm running long in the city on Sat. so my pub crawl is in serious jeopardy.
