I volunteered at the ROC 5 and 10k this morning in Kemah. A good turnout with all the usual Bay Area suspects, including Sarah. Took my bike rode a 31 mile loop from Kemah to San Leon to I-45 to 96 and back to Kemah. Averaged 17.9mph and felt good.
Off to Ann Arbor, Michigan this afternoon and will run/walk a 5k with my daughter tomorrow.

It was my first 10K and first race in 10 years. Great event. I was in Houston for our game against UH.
