Brick Workout

Never done a brick one before. I rode 21 miles in Terry Hershey/George Bush Park at 18mph and followed it with a 1.8mile run at 10min/mile pace. Heart rate up and legs heavy through the whole run. Weird stuff.

Here is hoping my leg doesn't make me suffer too much for doing a brick.

Had to do something special in this wonderful October weather.

There is a high probability that I will do the Tour de Donut in Katy on Sunday morning. For each tasty Krispy Kreme you eat on the cours, you get 5 minutes deducted from your time.
