But it poured like the dickens on the West side. Katy Freeway was a parking lot and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from Eldridge and I-10 to Memorial Park for the HARRA monthly meeting. I was late.
In other news, Coach Steeeve has kindly made me a timer/pacer for the upcoming Houston Half. I guess he knows I like to yell at runners and I'm good at numbers. On the other hand, I guess I will have to restrain myself from jumping in and running alongside all my buddies for a spell. Timers/pacers can't leave their post. If you have any particular times or abuse you want yelled at you at mile 5, let me know.
I've restarted eccentric calf stretches again. I did 11 weeks over the summer and stopped for a month. My leg is still squirrely, so we'll repeat the cycle. Other than that, I am taking a couple of days off of biking or running workouts. I am just tired. Nighty night all.
