Easy Does It

Did just a little low heart rate one mile run at 9;23 plus a half mile walk on the Strider 1.5 mile Terry Hershey Park Loop, overall in 16 minutes at 122HR. Followed it up by some weighted eccentric calf stretches, some upper body work and some core work at MAC. Would run more, but lower leg still says no way. Looks like a big bike weekend ahead.

Steeeve asked what is the secret to whatever fitness success that I've realized over the past 2.5 years off getting off the couch. I would say it took persistence, consistence, and pushing the limits. Measurement helps, it takes measurement to set a goal and reach it. So anybody can improve their fitness and weight, health permitting.
