2496.8

I am 3.2 miles short of 2500 outdoor miles on the bike in 2007. I think I can muster up the final 3.2 miles tomorrow, although the high for the day will be in the low 20s.

In between the snow, I have gotten three Colorado bike rides in on a mountain bike. Fat tires are better for wet, icy and/or snowy roads. Fat tires with studs would be best, but I don't have those.

This morning I road my bike 4 miles to the Flatirons Athletic Club, paid a visitor fee, went to a spinning class and then road 17 miles more on the road. The Club is excellent, very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It also has a star line-up. You can take a weekly spinning class with Dave Scott, six time Ironman world champion or perhaps hire Colleen De Reuck, four time Olympian in distance running, as a personal trainer. Then again I don't need a star trainer, just an injury free leg and continued good health.
