I wonder if I am easing out of the blogging experience. Or is it just that I don't have more to say since I've covered it all. Who knows.
Awesome 58 mile bike ride on Sunday with the big dogs have my quads sore. Cool BARC Christmas party enjoyed on Monday. I got to give the award out for most improved runner, since I was the holder from 2006. Did a little recovery bike ride at lunchtime on Tuesday. Wednesday night a little yoga on the menu.
