Yes I am back after my longest hiatus from blogging since I began this madness. I am done travelling for business in 2007. I am tired of it. I am going to add air miles to my run, swim and bike statistics.

So I have flown over 200,000 miles in 2007. A record year by far. I don't want to see another plane thank you very much.
Well I should recap the hotel fitness center workouts I have done during my last trip, but I won't. I'm back and looking forward to cycling this weekend.
