Ran nearly 5 miles this morning with BARC president, Carwyn Sharp, who kindly slowed down in the middle of his 15 miler to run with me. We ran about 8:50 pace on average. I tried to keep my HR from going into the 150s much and the average for the run was 147. This was my first training run with a BARC mate since May 2007. Oh let's hope I do a lot more in the future. But then again I need to get my cycle training in. Maybe my evil twin can cycle while I run.
I hope Sarah had a good ride this morning with the multisport folks, did not see your comment till just now. Had planned on this run anyways. Since Tiggs wants to do a rolling paceline, we can get the bloggers together to practice it running one day and then graduate to biking :) Crashing at the bottom of a hill is something I am quite concerned about Barbara. Every time I ride I hear cyclists telling about broken this and that, not their bikes but their bones. Not in the plan.
Doing a running, rolling single paceline at the Memorial Park loop would certainly be a sight, all the other runners would know that we are seriously nuts. If they did not know that already.
Off on a business trip for 10 days, sorry that my blog is on again off again. I do appreciate all the folks that have continuously dropped an encouraging note here and there over the past two years of blogging. It helps to keep one on the right path and moving forward.

Some of the BAM folks went this morning, but I chickened out once I got to the high school and saw that the fog was not any thinner there than it had been at my apartment. I don't bike when cars can't see me!
Guess I'll be on the trainer this afternoon.
Good to see you the other day Joe.
Please consider rocking on!
