At least through July 12 when I traverse three mountain passes at 11000 feet and 120 miles distance in one day. Serious bike training began last weekend. 25 miles at Terry Hershey Park yesterday, yoga tonight, and rides planned for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The running shoes are in the closet until Bastille Day.
