Crossing the Atlantic

I'm off to the airport today, running gear packed since I am hoping for some time to run in nice weather. France plays their World Cup match this afternoon, so the mood there will either be exultant or in despair. There seems to be no in between when it comes to the World Cup.

I did get two runs, one yoga class and a HARRA banquet this weekend. Not a bad effort
