4.0 miles on the Seabrook Trails this evening in 37:18 and 141HR. Saturday is a day for yoga cross training and then a half marathon distance on Sunday morning. Anyone wanting to go 13.1 on the Seabrook Lucky Trails course (2 loops), see you at 6 am Sunday at the Seabrook pool.
