We thought we had broken him. Ultra statistician Jon Walk managed to complete his typically comprehensive RTW #159 race report in spite of the overwhelming odds of a record turnout.
We are on to him. He has a twin. One day Jon #1 and Jon #2 will slip up and we will have proof. Maybe Waverly will spill the beans on them.
I forgot to mention in my previous post that BARC gave out two $1000 scholarships to graduating high school runners last night. Alas, I do not have a twin like Jon, so I forgot one young man's first name. But congratulations to Mr. Lott III and Tristan Kreutzberg on their awards.

Was it Robert Lott III?
I think that's the youngster from our club.
Do you have any link to a written record of that, so that I can embarrass him on our club's messageboard?
Must be, I'll confirm. No link that I am aware of at the moment, maybe in the next Barc newsletter.
Keith, it was.
It will be in the September issue of Inside Texas Running as part of Bay Area Running Club's club report in Footprints.
I think Veronica said that he is from Clear Creek High School.
Joe, that report took me the longest time ... but it took extra long because I had to rebuild the master race database to know how many runners were first-timers, etc.
One thing about it .. come to RTW and even the most average runner - who achieves - will be triumphed as a star!
