Good times never felt so good.
Well if you can't run, you might as well have Tex Mex and a couple of margaritas while listening to a guitar player doing Neil Diamond covers. Good for the hamstring, one doesn't feel a thing.
Funny how addictive running is, I am not a happy camper when I can't run.
Go Irish. You can hear Charlie Weis's press conference leading into Michigan weekend here.

Dear Joe,
Your running-yoga blog is impressive! I just started yoga again this week and I hope it will help my recurring running-related achilles tendonitis.
Christine and her friends were wonderful guests at the Botting tailgate yesterday and we look forward to seeing the rest of the Carey Clan at future ND football games.
All best, Eileen
Young Fella,
Trust you'll be posting Lloyd Carr's post game press conference here soon.

The Maize and Blue, Class of 76
Thanks Eileen, good luck with the tendonitis. Why don't you take a job at Rice? Our running club could use a four time NCAA Div III All American in the Houston competitions, especially against Maize and Blue Steeeve's club. Then again, we like you at ND.
Steeve, it's time you started your own blog and you can post it. Besides, Lloyd's press conference will be boring since there was no drama at all in that woodshed whipping.
