Nothing to Whine About Today

Gotta love a cool front. Probably my fastest Kemah Bridge workout ever this evening and I felt just fine afterwards, 2 loops of the bridge (4 miles) in 31:40. Bring on those prissy little underpasses during the half marathon, I will own them.

Congratulations to BARC ex-prez Mark Henderson for winning the Heartland 100 miler in Cassoday, KS over the weekend. Mark finished in 18:50:23. He has won this event 5 times in the past 7 years.

Unbelieveable what a difference a day and about 25 degrees make. I had a similar run this morning. Now, I don't even feel like I ran this morning. Effortless. Later!
