They really worked over my tendon at the chiropractors. Who knew that to rehabilitate a strained tendon one just mashes it as hard as one can? Funny thing is, all that massage work got rid of a lot of irritation and tightness in the area. Overall it seems to have made progress and the problem has been isolated to a specific spot on the tendon. We are not there yet. I'll call it 80%. I strained it worse than I thought I had. I am sure I'll be 100% fit just in time for the hot and humid weather. It doesn't matter. I just want to run.
Another 400 yds in the pool followed by some circuit training at the club was completed today.
