
I tried to go swim on Monday, but the MAC pool (indoor and outdoor) was closed due to the bad weather. So I went on Tuesday and did the longest continuous swim of my life, 800meters. I am happy about that. The schedule for the rest of the week is:
Tonight: yoga
Thurs: 5 mile run (medium heart rate)
Friday: swim or rest
Saturday: 40 mile bike
Sunday: 5 mile run (low heart rate)
Repeat after me. Slow runs are better than no runs at all.
