Nice cool morning, went out for an easy three miler. My leg has been a problem so I have not run since last Wednesday. Kept my heart rate quite low.
3 mile run, 127 avg HR, 9:23/mile average pace
I had not planned to run Law Week, although I'll be out there. Bruce Mansur is also nursing an injury that he does not want to aggravate prior to Boston. So we may run a 40 minute Law Week together on Saturday. We'll see.
