A record turnout of over 380 runners defied the heat and humidity to claim their coveted traditional sleeveless cotton T-shirt, post race pizza and beer. Volunteer duties for me as my left hamstring and right achilles area both are a bit out of sorts. Hence I hardly ran in July. Sean Wade took the overall victory.
