Well I have been a bad blogger lately. Just been swimming more, cycling some and running not. This is ideal training for a 100k run relay isn't it? Surely I can survive three legs on a five person team in Hell Michigan on Saturday?
Then I will go back to swimming more, cycling some, and running not. Until some future date.
