Closing in on 4000 road miles this year as I am within 90 miles of that milestone. Did a 50 mile club ride this morning, kind of a fartlek. First with the 21mph group to the Lynchburg Ferry. Then with the warp speed group until I got dropped in Baytown, on my own across the bridge. Maxed out at 41.3mph on the bridge, a record for me in Texas. Waited for the 18 mph group and finished the ride with them. 19.6mph average.
Nice ride.
Maybe a run and a ride tomorrow...the weather looks better for running tomorrow than riding. I'll decide in the morning.
