Slow moving vehicles have an orange triangle on the back. They should have stuck one on my rear when I picked up my free beer at mile 22 or 23.
Ran a foggy 2.7 miles on the Seabrook trails this morning in 26:30, 141HR. Great stuff. Reminded me of a typical English day in the New Forest in Hampshire.
