Got some great speed work in today with the On the Run folks at Clear Lake HS. One mile in 6:55 followed by an 800, a 400, and a final 200 in 39 seconds. That 200 is probably the fastest I have run in 20 years. Still getting faster. What fun.

I should come out to the On The Run track practice. But I guess it's always Tuesday? I've got class from 4-7 on Tuesdays. :(
Tell Christopher and Vera I said "Hello!" the next time that you see them out there on Tuesday nights!
