Completed a long group ride this morning, 72.6 miles at 17.3mph and 140 avg HR. Time to watch some playoff games.
After my 5k I plan to drive down to Mile 15 and take some pictures and do some supporting. Not a lot of spectators there if I recall correctly. Then I'll probably move up to Allen Parkway or downtown.
