The paper clip route is down the I45 South feeder from 517 at Dickenson, around the turnaround and back up the North feeder t0 517. It is 22 miles and I road it this evening in a peloton at a 21.6 mph pace at 150 avg HR.
I haven't produced that much sweat since last summer. No PRs on Saturday. Took an ice bath when I got home as I need to recover well.
Yesterday night I swam 300 yards and did some circuit training.
Another business trip looms in my future before some Rocky Mountain vacation. Looking forward to running and cycling in Colorado soon.
Flicka has no reason to be offended by my comparing Gogol Bordello's act to the BARC Pub Crawl. On the contrary, both are crazy fun, just what I like.
