Serious bike training is going well. After today's 65 mile ride, I've logged 231 miles in seven days. Yesterday, I did a 'Park N Ride'. I left my car at the beltway 8 end of Terry Hershey Park, rode my bike to work , showered at work, and rode my bike back to my car after work. Only 13 miles but less stressful than the outrageous Friday afternoon traffic around my office.
HARRA Summer Celebration tonight, perhaps the Tour de BRAZ ride tomorrow. The intensity continues this week until I leave on a business trip on June 15.
