Marathoners begin their 26.2 under a beautiful morning sun
What a great run today, comfortably hard, negative splits. The weather was ideal for me, low 40's but sunny and little wind. The end result was a half marathon PR of 1:52:59 (gun time). This is exactly one minute per mile faster than I did this same race one year ago. Training works. Duh.
I'll provide a more complete race report later.
