Following up his half marathon breakthrough in Houston, Ryan Hall had an outstanding London Marathon today in his marathon debut. He finished in 7th place overall, just 43 seconds behind the winner of a star studded field. He was the first non-African to finish.
We got ourselves a competitive male US marathoner to take the mantel from Khalid and Meb.
In slower news, about a dozen BARC and Clear Lake Fitness Club members ran together this morning at Texas City's Anchor Park. I did about 6 miles with Keith in around 56 minutes.
