That dastardly Jamoosh has done it again. First he disparaged the glorious, beloved 5k. Now in a display of xenophobia, he has gone and insulted the world's greatest cycling event, the Tour de France. Little does he know that cycling is his future salvation, as it is all runners who one day learn that the flesh may be weak but the spirit and the heart remains strong.
He better watch out, he will be branded a counterrevolutionary. Chairman Crosstrain's Red Spandex Guards of the cycling revolution will spirit him away to a re-education camp. JD will love the Tour de France AND the 5k.

Hey out there Joe. Glad to see you are still cross training! I went thru a runner's metamorphosis recently and have signed up for 2 sprint tri's -Sept 14 (my 48th Bday)in Dallas and Oct 25 in Galveston. The primary focus of my training is to keep from drowning. Hope to catch up on my blog soon. See ya!
