Back In Town

Did a fair amount of stationary bike and pool swimming during my travels and did not gain (or lose) any weight. Hopefully the weather will cooperate in the morning and my jet lag won't be too bad. I'd like to debut my new cycling jersey on my 4o miler. JD will like it as it represents a hopped ale from Boulder Beer.
