I went to Terry Hershey Park at lunch and ran from the start line to the one mile mark where the Striders run. Ran a 9:33 mile, low heart rate (131 avg). Also walked there 5 minutes and back 10 minutes.
Continued the recovery by swimming 900 yards this evening at MAC.
You know when you don't run at all and then run a hard 5k, your shins, quads and calves hurt. Who'd a thunk it.
